What Our Lifetime Guarantee Covers
Your guarantee protects against any manufacturing defects from the moment your necklace arrives. If any of the following occur, we'll repair or replace it one time:
- Broken chains or clasps
- Faulty mechanisms
- Stones or details coming loose
- Deep scratches that affect the integrity of the piece
Our Promise: Unlike other warranties, we stand behind your Christus necklace for life, but each customer may use the guarantee only once per item.
What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover
- Items lost or stolen
- Damage caused intentionally or by someone else
- Excessive wear beyond normal use
- Alterations or modifications to the original piece
- Non-jewelry items sold by The Mediator Store
Examples of excessive wear: Jewelry subjected to repeated misuse that results in damage outside of normal wear.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, email photos of the item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. Claims without photos cannot be processed.
